I've used Herculiner in the past and had no problems. I can't say enough good things about it. If it peels or flakes, then the prep wasn't done as described. There are very specific prep instructions.

I had mine for 4 years and never had any peeling or flaking. It looked just as good as my neighbor's rhinoliner, but didn't fade as bad and wasn't as slippery when wet.

If your bed is still new, then prep is much easier. If it's all mucky and dirty, prep can be difficult.
