I perferred the looks of the KC as well as the price. The KC would have been fine for a forward facing car seat, but with another baby on the way I didn't think a rear facing seat woud fit well in the KC without having the front seat forward more than desired. So I went with the Crew Cab, which has more than an abundance of room for any style car seat.
