I used an upholstory removal tool to get them out. Looks like a large screwdriver that has been bent into a pry tool with a large flat double prong fork at the end. I put a peice of a soft towel down to keep from scratching the plastic. The last one always comes with the speaker attached. The speaker wire has enough slack to pull the speaker out 4 to 6 inches.

Found it at Advance Auto store for $7.

All you need to do is get something underneath them so you can pry straight up to remove. They are about 1/2" long.
