Sales staff stated they might be able to find a truck with the options we needed at their sister store, but instead decided to lie about the other dealership's inventory and attempt to railroad us into purchasing a model already on their lot.
Same thing happened to me! Dealership "allegedly" ordered what I wanted...3 months later they ended up trying to sell me a truck that was on the lot for the past couple of months. I know because I stopped by there to see any new deliveries and saw the same truck everytime.
I was so excited about getting my truck that I cancelled going to the Rockets/Lakers game to pick up my truck only to get there to be swindled into buying something I did not order.
It is my mission to steer people away from this dealership and from Baker Jackson South Loop--manager was not wanting to deal from invoice-said everyone wants one right now--6 months later and these jokers have excess inventory. Went to Mossy Nissan and they found my truck gave me 2 years free oil changes , beat the price, free bed extender
