Found myself with a right rear axle seal leak in Nashville while traveling and towing our 25' Bigfoot 5500 lb travel trailer. After doing a Google search, with the luck of the draw, I called Victory Nissan in Shelbyville, Tennessee. They had the parts in stock, the service writer Dale McCall told me to bring it in the morning and they'd work me in. I got it to them at 8:30 AM and was back out the door by noon.

Their facility was new and clean, the technician was pleasant, professional, and thorough. It was covered under warranty. They gave me a courtesy ride to a local eatery (Midway Diner if you're in the area... Wow!) and back.

I couldn't have asked for a better dealership experience.
