I had a hell of a time getting one of my sensors to seal after I replaced wheels also. Since it was before the TSB on the air leak issue and I really don't care to visit the stealer, I asked the techs at Discount Tire to put a little clear waterproof silicone around the rubber seat of the sensor.

Worked like a charm.
