To the OP...
The factory "P" rated tires that came with the Titan have the capacity for towing, provided you don't overload it...
LT tire will give you more capacity at higher pressures, and of course a stiffer ride due to the all ready mentioned stiffer sidewall.
BTW You don't need "E" rated tires....

I replaced the factory air in my tires with a Citrus scented air package... 
Oh yeh....I replaced the screw that holds on the mirror with a trick black oxide one that nobody will see or care about...
