Yep the more offset the more tucked in, the less offset, the more of a deep dish wheel, and the more likely to rub when turning the steering wheel.

A 9" width wheel with 0mm of offset with have 5" of backspacing, (because the center of the rim is 5" not the 4.5" you might expect, because a 9" rim actually measures 10"). So, +14mm would be about 0.55", and the backspacing would close to the stock 5.5" at 5.55". With a PC lift this would work, but the 0 mm would look a little better, but maybe a little trimming.
