Titan's Full Throttle "Lag" ???

To start off with, my truck only has about 900 miles on it at this point. But while I was home from work, I noticed that if I got down on the pedal and went wide open with it, it seemed to lag a bit seeming not to have the power it should. I started "investigating" and found that if I only gave it about 3/4 to 7/8 of the pedal, the monster would growl, come alive, and swallow up anything in its way. This seemed strange to me but then I remembered about the throttle by wire on the Titan. Does anyone else notice this on there truck? Could it be that the computer is still "learning"? I mean it's not a big deal, but I'd like to now that when I get in a jam, need the power, and flatten the pedal, the response will be there. Anyones suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
