many threads on this, but the nissan one uses the oem radio and manitans complete control via the oem head unit. it mounts the tuner under the dash and no indidcation to untrained observers that you have xm or sirius. cost? expensive roughly $350 for the entire set up, tuner, splittler and antenna and (if you choose the oem mounting way bracket).

on the other hand, a plug and play unit for $99 will work no problem, but you loos the radio functionality and you have to figure out where to mount the thing. Oh also many people have posted tha when connected to the "aux" imput, the volume is low and a fix is to insatll a PIE adapter in line to boost the power og the jack (something like the aux imput only is 2 watts while it needs 3 to function normally, or something like that)

Both solutions will work in the Titan, just depends what you are looking for
