I have been wondering about this very same thing as the toy hauler I pull sags the rear also. Another thing I was thinking about was a load leveling leaf spring helper. I was wondering if something like this would help as well.

Something like this is what I was thinking about. Possibly cheaper than air bags and not as permanent.
