After reading many posts on this subject, I ordered the Retrax this morning.. should have it within the week and attempt installation next weekend. Thanks to everyone who posted lessons learned from their own installation.

Retrax is now including new hardware to use with the Utility Track Bed Extender to make it easier to fully operate with the Retrax cover... has anyone else received this new hardware? Does it help? I didn't remember seeing any posts mentioning this...

They also recommended an additional piece of "weather stripping" to close the gap between bottom of tailgate and rear bed. This is intended to keep road grime out of the bed...they stated that driving with the Retrax closed creates a vacuum effect in the bed and tends to suck in excessive dirt/grime into the bed area.. this additional weather stripping helps solve this problem. I went ahead and bought it ($20)... has anyone experienced this problem?

Thanks again for the information... wish me luck with the Retrax installation (not looking forward to drilling those holes)...
