As an Armada owner who's been there, I can completely sympathize with you. It's good to vent.
Fortunately I embraced patience and understanding in the fact that it's a 1st year vehicle. Will I ever buy another 1st annual edition vehicle? Hell no.
But fortunately, with my own effort 1/2 the time and the service department the other 1/2, things are finally working out.
Hang in there. I guess we all learn our lesson on 1st year models, and when compounded with the brand new factory and workers, it seemed Nissan couldn't quite pull it off. I still think they make a great product as evidenced by their other vehicles, and my dealer at least has been willing to address the issues.
If you're getting crappy service, that's a whole other matter.
