Nismo wouldn't sell a $200 wheel. All their offerings are from very high quality manufacturers like Volk, etc.
Edit: Oh, just for informational purposes - until recently there were two seperate entities Nismo (Nissan Motorsports International, Japan) and Nissan Motorsports (USA). Nismo Japan has a huge amount of inhouse development and produces alot of specialty parts for their vehicles. Conversely, Nissan Motorsports, USA simply rebadged almost all off their products.
Now that Nismo has come to the US, we should start seeing better and more parts availability, although just because Nismo is here now, they still don't have a full offering of parts for older vehicles. There are many other avenues one could take to get those parts though. I have an extreme amount of Nismo parts on my drift/track car that, at the time, I purchased in Japan.
