If you could find a way, you would still be limited to 12 mph maximum speed. 4LO limits you to 31 mph, so the 12 mph isn't due to 4LO, it is limited by E-LOCKŪ itself.

The Titan Owner's Manual, (p. 5-22), states that the maximum speeds for 4WD are approximately: 4H = 62.5 mph; 4LO = 31 mph, [must stop, and shift into neutral to go into 4LO]; and with E-LOCKŪ engaged, 12 mph maximum (p. 2-30). [Must stop or be going less than 4 mph to engage E-LOCKŪ].

Driving faster than the above numbers, or on dry pavement, can damage drivetrain components.

As far as ABLS, in many cases, it would be good, and can be useful at higher speeds, (than 12 mph), but climbing up a really step bank, with mud or loose material, E-LOCKŪ would crawl up better, and the rear wheels wouldn't even start to spin, unless they both were spinning, at the same time.
