For the KC, the 2WD is 75.0" in height vs 76.6" on the 4X4 models. On the Crew Cab models, it's 75.1" vs 76.7" respectively. I can't find anything that says models with the off-road pkg sit any higher or lower. Ground clearance on the CC model is 11.5" but 11.3 with the off-road pkg. Not sure why because it also says that minimum rear axle clearance is the same 10.3" on both KC and CC with or w/o the off-road pkg. I think maybe the skid plates have something to do with it.
