Problems...please help

I recently had a flat on my front passenger side wheel. I replaced with the spare and have fully checked on all four wheel and keep it at 38 psi. however, the system low tire pressure lite is still on. I talk to the service dept and they told me to drive around without the flat tire on my truck (since the computer is still sensing the flat) and see if it will turn off. but it doesnt.

So i called another dealer, they told me that it cost $55 dollars to reset the system. they also told me that the computer needs to sense that all 4 tires are in the orignal position.

so i were to rotate the tires, or purchase a new set of tires, i will need to pay $55 for them to reset the system since the wheel are not in the orginal position. is this true?

Have any one of you rotated the tires and you have no problems with the stupid low pressure tire light? or can i just reset the system myself?
