Thanks Bestatchess for the tips, but that's exactly the kind of thing I'm looking to avoid ;-)

I want the roof rack system to look like it belongs installed all the time. Like the OEM systems that make aerodynamic sense. Both the Thuke and Yakima systems look like an afterthought.

Did you look at any other options before deciding on the Yak?
