Mine occasionally comes on at 34 psi too, but it only seems to happen on a cold day. Manual says that the sensors should turn on the warning at or below 28 psi. I have always just overfilled them (40-42psi) and gone for a drive. Sensors work above 20 mph...and it takes about a mile or two to turn off the light, then I let them back down to 35-36 psi (cold).
