I load my Moto Guzzi motorcycle into the Titan using ramps. The bike weighs about 600lbs. The rear tire rests right on the tailgate. The first time I had it in the back for a 4 hour trip and the plastic was bent out of shape. In a few hours the plastic was back to normal. On the next trip out I placed a small sheet if 1/4" plywood to spread out the weight of the rear tire and that did the trick. If you are concerned about it I would use a sheet of 1/2" plywood the length of the rear track. I would do the same thing for M1A1 tanks and captured T72 tanks we would haul in our C5-A.
