Didn't mean to infer that being on private property would be the deciding factor on whether he is guilty of murder or not. He was certainly guilty of trespassing which wouldn't warrant being shot at.
I still think he is guilty of murder though, from what i'm reading only one of the hunters was armed and he was gunned down first. The rest were killed in cold blood. Also the only witness account states that the trespasser fired the first shot.
Also i'm thinking he had a quick temper, and just went off when he was told to leave.
Like I said earlier some people think they have a God given right to hunt whenever and wherever, and I have seen first hand some of their attitudes when confronted.
I know one thing for sure, the next time I see someone trespassing on my property I won't take my eyes off of them till we have some distance between us.
