My seatbelts are doing the same thing. Our 4 year old rides in front and back and all the seatbelts lock him up and he sort of panicks a little. Then, when you unbuckle the belt and let it go against the carseat, it even binds to the car seat arm sometimes. The front passenger belt sometimes binds on my wife too. I hope the seatbelt recall we got fixes this....
