Anyone had this service done?

What I hear I wouldn't call "knocking"... More like a tapping. Kind of like a valve out of adjustment just not RPM dependent.

Inside the cab at idle and not all the time it sounds like a helicopter way off in the distance. Not a ticking sound just a muffled "thump-thump-thump-thump-thump-thump-thump-thump" with a beat of about 2 or 3 times a second.

I'm sure this is the problem but the description of "knocking" is throwing me.
