I am SOOOOO MOTHER FREAKING PISSED at Town Center Nissan Kennesaw Georgia right now.

I went in this AM with a copy of the service bullitan. Told them what was wrong. First thing that rubbed me the wrong way is the guy said that he'd have to let it warm up to hear it. I told him "no, the TSB tells how you can turn it on with the computer so you can hear the noise." Dude didn't listen to me and left it outside his bay for 30 minutes idling.

He then comes back an hour later and tells me: "It's normal. We have another 04 here and it makes the same noise. There's no service bullitan to fix it. We even called Nissan and they say there's not one."

WHERE THE HOLY HELL DID I GET THE PRINTED PAGES WITH PICTURES, CODES, AND PART NUMBERS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I was so pissed I just took my keys and left. I'm on hold with 1800Nissan1 right now.

I will NEVER buy a new vehicle again.
