I dont mean replacing any of the sensors but put some amount of resistance in line with the sensor. It would add that amount to the amount of resistance that the sensor generates during normal operation. the voltage that computer sees would still track reality it would just be adjusted to some degree. unless you modify the oxegen sensor signal you will not see benefits to gas milage anyway because under light throttle conditions the engine bases its fueling on that signal. At full throttle you can use many of those techniques to trim fuel/air ratio for ideal performance because the computer does not rely on the 02sensor. I have more experience with increasing hp than gas mileage. The computer will continue to adjust fueling untill it sees a predetermined voltage from the 02sensor, its the only sensor you can use to manipulate fueling because of the light throttle learning on the computers part.
sometimes people replace the aftercat 02 sensors so they can run "test pipes" in wich case the computer see it as failed cats so they are replaced with a resistor to trick the computer into thinking the cats are still functioning, but the computer does not base fueling on these. You have to adjust the signal from the main 02 sensors not replace with a fixed resistance.
As far as the temp. sensor, I know relocating them to a colder engine compartment location does increase fuel enrichment full throttle but it will not under light loads due to computer learning from main 02s.
but regardless i have not seen this kit but its not likely to be beneficial.
