correct idle rpms

do any of you out there in titan land know what the correct (read:what the factory setting/best for gas mileage is) idling rpms should be? when my truck is in park it seems to idle around 1000-1200 and when it has a load (at a stop light in drive with the brake on) it runs a little under 1000. the reason i ask is it seems like its idling a little 'hot'. so i don't know if a 'hot' idle could be a sign of something that needs to be adjusted that may also help with gas mileage. thanks
