At 8600kms
The Transfer case needed replacing, something to do with a broken snap ring on the shaft that engages 4hi and 4lo.I have an entire thread with me doing a lot of whining
. Anyway after two month's it was finally fixed, and the dealer really looked after me. The biggest negative for me was Nissan Canada's lack of support or care. I was denied a rental car because I didn't purchase extended warranty. If you guy's don't have this you should talk to your dealer to find out if you could end up in the same boat. If you did buy extended warranty I am curious as to what you were charged. I now have 24,000 kms and the truck has been really good since the big fix.
