did you buy your titan with a hood protector, if you did replace it. I had the exact same problem you are describing. and what mine ended up being is when the dealership got my titan they put that hood protector on themselfs. and some kid ended up doing it, so at about 40 -45 or so i would get a serious vibration. When the kid put the hood protector on he didnt put the rubber things on straight with the alighment of the hood. so the screws were rubbing again the metals pieces instead of the rubber parts.

Hope i explained that well enough, but if you do have a hood protector, i would check that first.
