I would give the service a 5/10. It took them about a month and a half to receive my radio in and the day before I got it they told me that it would take another few months for Nissan to give it to them and I was pretty angry. Thank God one of my uncles heard about this and it came in the next day(strange huh?). Also my shop has been in that shop for a whole month and it took them forever to put it in (1 week at least) so I recommend bringing truck to another service department
