Yes sir!! It lifted the little flecks right out and smoothed the surface out no problem. Even if your truck had sat on the lots for months it would still have them, I just think that these particles are from railcars or something and maybe a good rain or two (snow possibly) causes them to become exposed or more noticeable, I didn't notice mine until I had been driving my truck for about a month.
