I work @ Connell. I used to work in the Internet Deparment, but now i am the Inventory Controller. I can tell you that I've worked at a lot of dealerships in my short time in the business (6 years in sept.), and Connell has some of the best practices I've seen. Sure, we are still a car dealership, and problems/disagreements with customers occur, but anyone looking to get a straight-forward, honest & easy car-buying experience should definitely check us out.
