wouldn't that be nice, I just had my brakes done at 34000 miles and was told that it was just a temp fix till nissan comes out with new setup(which i knew) bad news is was also told that after 36000, more that likely i was screwed unless nissan made the fix a recall. I guess time will tell.

I can not imagine there would be any issue. Work that a dealer does has a warranty on the work that they do no matter what it is. I am sure if you look at the receipt they gave for the repair it will say something like "all repairs are covered for 12 months or 12000 miles". I would think that you are fine until 48000 or so. JM2C
