I'd recommend Nissan parts 247 (one of the vendors on this site). I had the exact same mirror busted on my SE. I got the part from Jaime for 153 bucks shipped (give or take a buck). It included everything but the screws (which I didn't really need since I already had them from the damaged mirror). It took about a week and a half for the part to get in. Installation ~ an hour - less if you have taken the door panel off before. If you choose to install, PM me and I might be able to give you a pointer or two.
