Depending on what the sub is designed for, some times a port can help, sometimes not. With the JL's, I would stick to a smaller sealed enclosure with as much power as you can give it. As far as the polyfill, go to wallmart, target, ect and they will have it. got to the sewing materal section and they will point you to where you need to go.
