Weatherflectors installation

I'm posting this here as I know it will be read more than anywhere else.
Today I received my Mc Neil Weatherflectors from Fed Ex. They make a great product and I've owned more than a dozen sets over the years and they fit no problem. They are nice looking too.
With the front windows in the Titan, they absolutely would not go in unless I trimmed 3/8 off the far edge away from the mirror. I scored the plastic, snapped it with pliers and then sanded it to look as if I never touched it. After doing that I coaxed them into place and they fit perfectly. Had I not done this there wasn't anywhere for the excess plastic to go.
My real purpose of this post is, I called them to tell them of my issues and was told "we've sold just over 1000 sets and have never got a complaint". My answer was I got them to fit and chose to call. I could just as easily not called and they never would be informed. Anyone in here install this brand and have trouble getting them in relatively easy?
Sounds like a typical car service department. "We've never heard of this problem" Then we bring in an internet list of 200 people who have heard of "this problem"
Well, now I feel better. Thanks for listening.

You have two choices in life:
You can stay single and be miserable,
or get married and wish you were dead.
