They should work with the Yak Block heads.
I noticed Yak has another item called BEDHEAD that may work with the TITAN. It just clamps to the edge of the bed. I don't think it'll work with a tonneau cover installed, however.

I had a set of those layin' around and tried em' ...they dont fit with the utility bed rails.. also the round bar on my set up is a Yakima cross bar. I'm going to work on the front wheel mounts today after work. I'll post pics when I'm done.
