[gr8titan]

I had a similar experience a few weeks back on my way to work one morning. I was on the center lane when I got to a red light. The left lane was taken by a lowered Escalade with 24 inch wheels and the right lane was immediately occupied by a Chevy 2500 with the loudest exhaust at this time of the morning (0530) The right lane was a "right turn only" lane and marked clearly turn on red is permitted.

Both cars seems to be together and I sense the pickup will try to outrun the Escalade at my expense because he was NOT making that right turn but is going to jump the light and cut me off instead.

Both drivers are looking at my truck and both have this smirk that says to me my Titan will be their first kill for the day!!! I travel this road everyday and know when the lights turn. I get myself ready. I will not let my Titan be someones breakfast this morning. At least not today!!

As the light turns green, I floor the gas 3/4 and my Titan takes off. 5 seconds later I could see both vehicles in my rear view mirror and I tap my brakes to signal (TKO!!) I'm slowing down. We get to the next light and they won't even stop next to me!!! They stopped side by side behind the Titan. They were obviously very embarrassed.
