The two biggest concerns have been the rear diffies and the brakes.

The newer brakes have cut in at assembly already (I think...or if not will soon) and the differentials are still untested in my book. There was a redesign and a change in fluid specs form 04-05 that should have taken care of any overheating problems.

That being said, I had 40 separate issues, none of which are exceedingly common on their own and I just happened to get a bad break. I would probably still recommend the Titan over other trucks, even though I am not a fan of Corporate Nissan.
