Thanks for all the help, here are some pics, and tips.

I used:
~RockyMounts (from ebay 2 - $45 total. Locks included)
~1/4" Spring Nuts http://doitbest.com/shop/
~1" (stainless) 1/4" bolts, & washers. (hardware store)

The spring nuts hold really well in the Utilitrac channel. If you have a TruXedo cover mounted, the RockyMounts will work with the cover rolled to the cab.

If you want to side mount the mounts in the Utilitrac, they will fit, but my bike forks just barely rub on the TruXedo side rail. You may need a spacer of some kind to side mount. The bikes are very secure in the racks. My handlebars do stick up higher than the cab. (Trek comfort bikes)
