When I was at the dealer the other day ordering part of an XE door handle, I checked out their prices on alignment. I was thinking the same thing as you, get my driver's seat and other nagging problems fixed along with alignment. That's until I saw the price of $89.99. I figured they might do trucks cheaper, since only the front was being aligned, but I guess not.

I decided a truck shop might be better / cheaper. This place was close to my apartment (1 mile), so I figured why not.
