I purchased my Titan in January of 2004. It has a build date of 12/18/2003. It has the bench seat and column shifter. My mileage is slightly over 13k, and I just changed the oil to the Mobil 1 synthetic that Squid recommended. I am using a Purolator Pure One oil filter. I haven't had any problems so far, other than the poor radio reception that has plagued many of the early production trucks. I rotated the tires when I changed the oil, and the brake pads and rotors still look very good. I knew very little about the Titan when I bought it, but I had a great deal of confidence in Nissan after owning three Frontiers, and one Altima. My wife picked out the Sedona color.

I haven't done a lot of mods, and for what seemed like years, there wasn't very much available in the early going. I started out with the AVS headlight covers, and ordered a factory hitch from Jamie, who is one of our sponsors. The bull bar was added just for looks, and a place to mount a real set of fog lights. Dual exhaust was something I also wanted, and the thread Sammy created was invaluable. The flowmasters are a little on the loud side, but most of the time I enjoy their rumble.
