hipnotik,

To do all of the doors and floor/back wall and headliner there was ~180 sq ft used.

I would say you can use nearly 100 sq ft doing the doors inside and out.

The overall benefit is a much quieter vehicle that does not creak, rattle or have as much road noise as the factory setup.

The material that was used is B-quiet. We have bought it on Ebay, and it comes out to $1.25 sq ft with shipping. If you price compare to Dynamat, this is a much more cost effective solution.

We tried doing a bulk group buy and the seller did not want to budge on the price. We were goind to buy like 1000 ft to do 4 cars and he would budge on shipping or price.

There are many other products (documented here) that will accomplish similiar results near the same price point.

The impact of doing deadening material is just a quieter vehicle, not a silent one.

With the amount of window area in this truck you will never achieve dead silence.

Send me a PM if you have any questions.
