I just had my 05 Titan in last week for it's first break judder problem. My service manager told me that they had sent out a "permanent fix" months ago that turned out not to work so they are doing a new "permanent fix" that should be out in mid June. So I think alot of the people who thought they had the permanent fix only have that first attempt at a fix.
They had an extra kit (new pads and torque members) from the first fix that they put on my truck while they wait for the final fix and they turned the rotors. Of course I wouldn't be suprised if the Service Manager was just blowing smoke up my a**. It wouldn't be the first time.
