I just had my 04, LE, 4X4 in for the 12K service. My brakes were juddering again (fixed 2X previously), so they "resurfaced the rotors" again. During my conversation with the service manager, I was informed that Nissan now has a complete package, i.e. larger rotors, calipers, pads, to correct this problem. However this fix will not be accomplished under warranty because "not all 04 Titans had the brake judder problem." He told me that they will install the new package at the OWNER'S EXPENSE.

Needless to say, I am not happy with that bit of information.

Has anyone else been told this by their dealer / service manager?
