I have been going through the bubbles in the bed liner thing myself. I bought my Titan at the end of March, and the next week I noticed bubbles in the bed. I took it to the service manager and he of course told me that he had never heard of that happening and he had no idea what needed to be done. So he took my information and told me that he would call me once he figured something out. About three weeks later he calls to tell me that he needed to take pictures of the bubbles and sent them to Nissan for them to decide what would be done. So I take my truck in so they can take the pictures. Today...yes today he calls me and tells me that Nissan does not have anyone in the San Antonio area that can fix the bedliner. That seemed strange to me but whatever. The service manager told me that Nissan's nearest place to fix it would be Houston and that he and Nissan agreed that was too far. So the outcome is the Nissan is sending a new bed that is factory painted and has the sprayed in liner to the dealership. I hope that my situation is resolved with less of a hassle than yours. But when I go to drop off my truck for them to replace the bed, I am going to inspect the new bedliner before I leave. However I am having a situation now with my dealership because last week my stereo starting freezing up and I would say that it is because there is a power short or the stereo is defective. But my dealership told me that because I added a line out convertor onto the rear left and right speakers that my warranty for the whole stereo was voided. Now I will have to pay for a new stereo or have them diagnose the stereo at a $75 per hour rate and then pay for the replacement. My thought is that the stereo is having an input problem and the output is fine. Therefore the line out convertor that is connected to the rear speakers (outout) should have nothing to do with the stereo freezing up and loosing preset stations and the clock resetting. All with all the times that I have been to the service department they have not said anything about a brakes recall....where can I find out more information about that? I bought a brand new 04 Titan CC SE 4x2 on 31 March 05.
