You can use the sub speaker wires and run them into the high level inputs of your amp... I've did it on my Titan when I had it and it worked perfectly but I didn't have some run of the mill amp when I did it.. But using a LOC and taping into the rear channel just behind the headunit is the best place.. If I where you I would dump the cheap arse Rockford Fosfake and buy a decent radio like Alpine, Eclipse, Pioneer Preimer, or Kenwood Excelon just to name a few..
