Nissan is replacing my brakes w/ the new package that they came out w/. But, they arent replacing the rear rotors. Is this right? or should I push for new rear rotors?

Also, they found that a seal on my rear axle was leaking onto my break pads... they are holding my truck until they get the part sometime in July they say. Is this seal a common problem? I know that me telling you what seal it is would help, but I really dont know...
at least they are giving me a rental. which is cool, since I am driving to Tucson and Vegas in the next two weeks and gas mileage is much better w/ this rental...
