I have had judder problems with my truck, but since I put 20" rims on the truck, I didn't want to fight with the dealer about voiding the warranty due to added weight. So I purchased the Stillen big brake kit. I installed it myself and found a couple of things that I didn't like about the stock brakes.

1. The service manual says to torque the caliper torque member bolts to 155 ft-lbs. When I removed the stock calipers, I broke a high strength steel impact socket. I ended up having to use a 18" breaker bar to get the bolts off. I had to use the breaker bar to the entire bolt out, not just to break the seal. I think the bolts were just a bit tighter than 155 ft-lbs.
2. The wear on the rotor was very uneven. The inside of the rotors were twice as used as the outside of the rotors. Which makes me think that the slider doesn't work as designed, or the caliper bridge is very weak.
