I too had all that excitement for a brake job. I had them done yesterday and OH BOY, it was worth the wait. I don't dread pressing the brake pedal anymore. The pedal height is slightly higher and the mushiness is gone too.
They replaced the front rotors, the brackets the calipers hang from, the front pads and rear pads. They said on the receipt that they cut the rear rotors but by looking through the wheel it was obvious they didn't. They were not warped anyway. I'm just hoping all the shaking didn't affect anything else in the front linkage. My truck is now PERFECT again.
For the record, my truck has had ZERO issues other than this since I bought it on 2/1/05 and I knew this was going to happen before I bought it.
