Through the cab mounted brake light. In the rear cabin there are two plastic 'caps' covering the access holes for the brake light attachment bolts. Pop the caps off then using a deep socket (7mm if memory serves) loosen one nut most of the way off and take the other completely off. You can now fish the antenna wire through the resulting hole into the cabin. Route the wire under the edge of the headliner and down to the cabin floor. From there route to the receiver location.
Position the wire on the outside of the cabin such that it goes under the brake light from on the 'down side', then fasten the brake light into position.
